The SP-REG alarm indicates that ESS's or LSP's have unregistered from the main server. Please check the following:- Network connectivity to your ESS's/LSP's.- The ESS or LSP is completely installed and configured.- The ESS or LSP may have a power outage. .1.3.6.1.4.1.6889.2.70.1.2.1 ESS and LSP redundancy lost
Problem Clarification

SP-REG-M and SP-REG-S alarms are being created when a survivable remote, i.e. an LSP (Local Survivable Processor) or ESS (Enterprise Survivable Processor), loses registration with the main CM server(s).
 

Solution
