Problem Clarification

Cases 1 & 2:

Installation of one-X Portal was successful and gave no errors, but after the installation the DSML-Provider shows "Failed" even though CSTA-Provider is "Available".

Reinstalling one-X Portal multiple times yields same results; getting error 'Global Resynchronization Failed for IP Office'

Case 3 The customer upgrade to 11.0 sp2 from 9.1. The One Portal Service failed to connect to the IP Office.

 CAse 4:IPO SE 11.0 FP 4 SP 1 .DSML provider was failing on one x portal Administrator login page. Also XMPP domain status is orange set to " Starting" .Presence issue on Avaya communicator.
