Problem Clarification

Case 1: Not able to access Application Server Web Control on port 7071.

Case 2: After login to Web Control on port 7071, the Web Control web page never materializes.

  • When trying to access application server via secured browser connection on port 7071, the page will not load completely.
  • When accessing IP Office Web Manager | Platform tab via secured browser connection on port 7070, the platform page does not display.

Case 3:  After upgrade from 9.0 to 9.1, Application Server cannot access Web Control on port 7071. The login prompts never shows. Also, from a putty session, "service webcontrol status" always shows "not started", even when we run "service webcontrol start" first.

Case 4: Web Control login page [:7071] hangs and times out-- page is unresponsive. Access to the web control service via web isn't possible.

Case 5 & 6:  Web Control fails using https on port 7071.  Service appears to be running in Putty: "service webcontrol status" shows "started"

Case 7: Webcontrol service is not running. Started it using command - service webcontrol start.

Case 8: Cannot acces one X user/administrator login. Also when accesing web manager port 7071 platform view the service are loading and timing out.Issue started after restarting one-X service from port 7071 to resolve a cert issue.
