Problem Clarification

 

One-x Call assistant not working for some users or all users
Some users are receiving the following error : Your Phone system is Unavailable. Please try again later." When trying to log into website for One-x or even from Call Assistant
Some users (such as new users) are able to login, some are not
Avaya Communicator says "Unable to connect to one-x portal server. Personal contacts, presence and IM will be unavailable"
Sometimes there are long delays present when users attempt any action which involves one-X Portal

case 5: DSML providers for IPO shows status as "PrerequisitesMet".Users cannot login in one X as shown in the picture above.
