Scenario 1:
AACC/ACCS 6.x SPx:
Intermittently - WebAdmin or any of Web clients fail to login to CCMA Web Page
Scenario 2:
AACC/ACCS 7.x
Unable to login using Webadmin, however other Web clients can login to CCMA Web Page
Webadmin account might have been locked due to login failures.
Scenario 1:
Webclients, including Webadmin, intermittently loose ability to login into CCMA Web Page. Receive error "You have entered an invalid User ID/Password combination. If you have forgotten the password, please contact your administrator."
Ending the WClient_DA_COM.exe process in Task Manager and re-launching WebAdmin page corrects the issue.

Scenario 2:
Trying to login Webadmin to CCMA produces same message as in Scenario 1, however other users can login to CCMA
