IP Office Server Edition or 500V2, all releases.
Case 1:
- 4 phones will not register, phone says "Extension in Use"
- In the configuration this error appears next to the Extension number of the users-Solution Error: "User extension must be unique across SCN."
- Extensions that had been working in the past have been unable to register with the IP Office, and say "Extension in Use."
Case 2:
- New User/Extension created for a newly acquired 9600 phone.
- When trying to register the extension, the phone shows: "Extension in Use."
Tip: If trying to log a Digital extension into an IP Phone, system monitor will show:

Case 3:
- When Extension 88xx logs in extension 8xxx gets logged out and shows: "Extension in Use"
- Extension 88XX was used as analogue phone previously. Once changed to IP Phone the issue occurred.
Case 4: Issue affecting 2 users when user A is logged in on phone and then user B logs in it logs out user A
Case 5: E129 ip phones get stuck with NoUser logged in.
Case 7: After rebooting some users who normally hot desk to different phones are unable to login.
Case 8: Phones Will Not Register/Login, Phone Says "Extension in Use" I am running R 11.0.0.2. I get to a login prompt and enter my credentials and the phone goes to "Extension in Use".

Case 10: 1 User shows logged in from 190+hours
