Case 1: IP Office:  Issue can occur on One X Portal in both Linux and Windows environments (UCM, Seerver Edition, Application server etc.)

Case 2: IP Office OneX will not Connect to the IP Office.

Case 3: IP Office 500 v2 11.0 FP 4  IP Office One X credential issue.

 

Problem Clarification

Case 1; Onex Server doesn't connect properly after we upgraded the solution from 9.0 to 9.1 or 9.1 to 10.1

Issue can occur on One X Portal in both Linux and Windows environments (UCM, Application server etc.)

Issue 1
CSTA Provider gave SAP login fail after upgrade on an expansion and on the primary server

Issue 2

CSTA Provider gives SAP login fail after switching Application Server from virtualized to physical

Issue 3

CSTA Provider gives SAP login fail after upgrade. Where they had the onex disabled on the primary and had a separate server for the Onex Portal. Once they upgraded the SE, the Onex on the SE automatically started.

Resetting the password for CSTA provider fails to fix this issue. If you try both resetting the password in the OneX and Security Settings in the IPO try this fix.

 Case 2: IP Office Server Edition 11.0 sp4 OneX portal will not connect.  

Case 3: One X credential issue.CSTA Provider gave "Provider SAP login failed"error.Tried makingpasswords for EHTCPA user on IP Office and One X  same but didn't worked.
