Case 1: IP Office not getting licenses from WebLM server
Not enough correct licenses on a branch IPO or license can't be pulled down from the system manager
Case 2: On Cloud environment, after licensing expired on OSS, new licensing is ignored unless the IP Office service is restarted. OSS Licensing not Updating via WEBLM Automatically
Case 3: Powered By IP Office is not getting licenses from WebLM on OSS server. OSS licensing is sending all the correct licenses to WebLM.
- WebLM shows all licenses available for IP Office.

Case 7: IP Office expansion 500v2 not showing Power user licenses so remote users unable to access onex. WebLM shows the licenses available but not showng in Manager. Has been working for months. Now it is not
