Problem Clarification

All inbound calls coming to VPN phone registered in NR1 do not get RTP from media gateway in NR 8.

Case2:

Calls are routing to SIP trunk and the shuffling has not been enabled, enabled the shuffling temporarily the issue got resolved but again the issue continues.

Case 3:

All inbound and outbound call to the VPN user are having one-way audio issue, customer is using two different 96XX series phone. In which one is having issue and other is not.

Solution
