Most integration adapters missing from list in Integration Server in WFO.

Problem Clarification

The configuration (for the other adapters) disappeared from the Web Interface and only the Integration Server for F&S appearing (there were 2 entires before the restart) after the Integration Server restarted:

In a similar issue, all the adapters under the Integration Sever Package in the WFO application disappeared after a restart of the WFO servers.
