Problem Clarification

Scenario 1:

Signed in Equinox Client users were successfully connecting to meetings. However guest Equinox Client users were being rejected (even if the exact same Client user signed out and attempted such a call).

When analyzing the call failure from the Equinox Management dashboard it showed the following error:

Rejecting incoming call (xxxxx) to (xxxxx) because the endpoint has not been enabled with an endpoint guest license. Contact your system administrator to purchase additional endpoint licenses

Scenario 2:

Guest users in TE deployment connecting through AAWG are not connecting.

Scenario 3:

Guest Equinox Client being launched by IE/Edge browser on Windows 10 initiates connection to meeting number, but then disconnects immediately.

Scenario 4:  Avaya Equinox IX Workplace guest users unable to join the meeting via SBC. The call rings and disconnect immediately.

Scenario 5 : Calls are disconnecting in 3 mins with error: Endpoint has not been enabled with an endpoint guest license.( Error screen shot you can see in Scenario1)
