Problem Clarification
Case 1: Voicemail Pro would show status type as "None" intermittently daily in System Status Application. Voicemail does not work during that time. Voicemail Pro would work usually after a service restart.
Case 2: IP Office 500 V2 with Windows VoiceMail Pro.
Case 3: IP Office 500V2 Windows Voicemail Pro Voicemail PRO Stopped Working After Applying MS Patches
Case 4:  IP Office 500V2 Windows Voicemail Pro Voicemail PRO Stopped Working After Applying MS Patches
Case 5: IP Office 500 V2 Windows Voicemail Pro:  Office IP500v2 and windows voicemail upgraded from 9.0 to 11.0.849. Both upgraded successfully, however voicemail is not working, voicemail service shows as started
Case 6:  Voicemail service provided by Voicemail Pro server running on a Windows PC. Confirmed Voicemail Pro service is running; stopping/restarting the Voicemail Pro service had no effect.  When calling voicemail receive error "Voicemail not running". Unable to ping VM Pro PC from IP500v2, but can ping IP500v2 from VM Pro PC. Both the IP500v2 and VM Pro PC are connected to a single Cisco Catalyst 2950 switch.
Case 7: IP Office Server Edition 9.1.6 sp6 The Voicemail Pro Service crashed unexpectedly and needed to be restarted.
Case 8 IP Office Server Edition No software Version: The Voicemail Pro Service crashed unexpectedly and needed to be restarted.  Dial by extension feature stops working prior to the VMPro service crashing
Case 9:  IP Office 500V2 10.1 SP4 with Windows Voicemail Pro running on a Windows 10 PC.Spinning Wheel when trying to modify in VMPro Client.
Case 10: 500V2 All versions Voicemail Pro UCM: Voicemail Pro would show status type as "None" intermittently daily in System Status Application. Voicemail does not work during that time. Voicemail Pro would work usually after a service restart.
Case 11: Windows VoiceMail Pro stops each day and customer reboots the IP Office to get the Voicemail to work.

Case 13: VoiceMail Pro stops answer and services needs to be restarted.
Case 14: IP Office SE 1 9.1.9.7 build 1 / Voicemail 9.1.9.12 build 1 VMPro crashes / fails to back up / Primary VM services return will not fail back over. This is happening between 10 - 20 days cycles. Primary VM Pro crashes due to unknown cause. Secondary takes over and works with no issue. Primary VMPro services are restored but will not fallback
Case 15: IP Office 500 V2 9.0.11 with Windows VMPro on Windows Server 2010 using IMAP for Voicemail to Email
