Creating a self service incident report will provide you the ability to get real time updates on the reported issue and you will be able to view past submitted tickets.

The following options are available to obtain support for Avaya Cloud Office

1. Online at the Avaya Cloud Office One Care Portal https://onecare.avaya.com/avayacloudoffice
This option is also available by selecting Support in the upper right corner when logged into Avaya Cloud Office Service Web
"Avaya Cloud Office Technical Support > Request a Service Change > Report an Issue or Ask a question"

2.  Email the Avaya Cloud Office Support team, acosupport@avaya.com ( For Non Urgent reports only)
