CMS Supervisor R17 LA 18 and earlier.

Problem Clarification

Error happening when making script on CMS Supervisor R17 LA 18 on dual screen PC. Does not occur on single monitor PC.

Error seen: Error: 6 VB error (6) Overflow Location: REngine:frmOutput:SaveScript:1"

Cause

Known issue with R17 LA 18 and earlier.

Solution

Upgrade to CMS Supervisor R17 LA 25 or later.

In some instances, upgrading to the latest version of Supervisor alone does not resolve the issue. The user has to go into the windows display settings and ensure both screens are configured correctly.
