Problem Clarification

 

After patching ESS Active  servers can't interchnage to standby server.

After upgrading standby server, customer performed an interchange to upgrade active server as well, everything got registered to ESS.

Standby ESS server was not on current patch level.

Update patch level on Standby server, Then interchange should work properly
