powerOffVM and rebootVM commands using cust account does not work on fresh install of SMGR 8.0.1.1

Permissions for rebootVM does not permit users in admin group to execute that command.

Problem Clarification

Issue: Please see the description above.

Note:
Problem started after adding the latest service pack.

As per the BP it did work before.

Need more assistance in fixing the issue.

Cause

Bug in SMGR 8.0, 8.0.1.0, 8.0.1.1

Solution

Upgrade SMGR to 8.1 Release. If this is not an option, SMGR 8.0.1.2 will set to be released in August 2019.
