Problem Clarification
The Threshold feature is available in the CMS desktop application installed on a PC but is not supported in the CMS web interface.
Cause
The CMS Supervisor application and the CMS web mechanism are completely different .
The reports created on the CMS Supervisor application will have treshold feature by default .
The CMS web integrated real-time report will not have the the treshold feature at the header .
Solution
This behiviour is Working as designed .
