Problem Clarification
TSAPI Service reset-The system detected an unexpected restart of the TSAPI service. The service has successfully auto-recovered and its status has returned to Online. Crash TSAPI monitor file got generated
Cause
AES JIRA AES-35734 for the TSRV seg fault.
Solution
The JIRA will be part of AES 10.2.1.5.The AES GA release, which includes this JIRA, has a tentative GA date of mid-Dec. 2026.
