Problem Clarification

The Recalc Statistics adapter is failing and would not run and the logs will throw the error

"Failed to insert record(s) with error, table name: WSAUTOSCHEDULEREQUEST com.bluepumpkin.common.jdmo.JdmoException: DEFAULT
..............
Caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Cannot insert explicit value for identity column in table 'WSAUTOSCHEDULEREQUEST' when IDENTITY_INSERT is set to OFF.

Cause

There is a Product Defect within WFM Common component: BUG-77020.

Solution

Apply WFM Common KB229212 or later to resolve.
