    Button silent monitoring

    Hello everyone,

    I have installed a IPOCC 9.1 with critical patch 9.1.0.2204.1512 connected with IPO500v2 9.1 All is working fine, but I want to set to the supervisor user in its telephony view the button "silent monitoring" (ear icon) but it doesnt show in the list of available buttons.

    That button I could set in the lab enviroment with the same release. Also the supervisor telephony have already activated the feature (with a shortcode it can listen conversations of agents telephony). Any ideas?
