Is there any way to attached the generated report as a simple .pdf, or .xls and not as .zip file. The executives of customers just want to open a file from e-mail and nothing addition step. Previously the CCR sent just a pdf.
There is no way. Reason: in case of using cab output format you will get more than one file as export result, so they need to be zipped. The mail sending do not distinguish between the format
