    Dialer - folow up question

    If an Agent mark a call as Closure and re-schedul the call to a later time is there any way to garantee system drop this call to same agent ? I saw some jobs have ODSI_Agent call tag, which is the last agent who worked on this job. What is the system logic and is there any way to manipulate it ?

    Yes. There is a possibility to use the information about the agent stored in this tag. The dialer can read rules from macros. It is not officially ssupported in IPOCC, but often used in product CIE.
