    External Destination

    Hi,
    In my call flow during off-hours calls are transferred on an external destination
    When calling the number is not good
    I have some topic ,
    What solution for send different number

    topic1 => External destiontion the calling1234567891
    topic2 => External destiontion the calling1234567892

    End same question for dialer ?

    Can you please elaborate your question. Do you want to have separate external destination for separate topics ?

      yes

      Topic1 , Topic2 etc..., different destination and send different DID
      Exemple:
      Topic 1 transfert to xxxxxxxx but send 0123456789
      Topice2 transfert to xxxxxxxx but send 9123456780

      etc....

            It's simple !

            I have 4 topics and when it's holidays, the script goes to external destination
            But I want to display differentes DID

            The external destination is "mobil phone" and the customer wants the topic number displayed on the mobile

            Same problem with dialer

              For Dialer, we can set ExternOAD tag in job or Call flow . We can set it to different number which can be visible on customer end for call back.

                Create a user for each of the outbound functions, create a short code pushing the correct outbound DID (or ref the ARS for that DID) Set VM off, Set unconditional forward to the number you want to call, Check HG calls. Test it by dialing each extn internally… then just point the flow to transfer to appropriate extn number.
