How to show agent in contact detail reports

Hello everyone,
I am having a problem with a customer because he needs IPOCC contact detail reports exported to MS-excel showing agent and jobcode at each line.
I am new at this and when I show data for contact detail reports this does not show agent that received the call neither jobcode (fig 1 attached). I can see only when i click in details at each line (fig 2 attached).
It is posible to get a excel report with all calls received with agente and jodcobe showing at each line?

Not out of the box. What should be shown in case more than one agent was involved or more than one jobcode entered?

I haven't thought about 2 o more agents answering the same incoming call in the topic. You suggest this is possible when an agent pass the call to other agent?

But in our case, each incomming call is taken for only an agent and in that way my customer was working with the previous system they used.

It is posible to get a customized report showing in the way my customer request?
