Agentless Dialer Campaign

Hi,

I like to know whether Agent less Dialer campaign is possible in IPOCC 9.1.X version.

Our customer requirement is to dial out customer number and play some announcement in Call Center Non-working hours.

We tried to use dialer_automaticInfo(agentless) call flow example but its working when at least an agent logged in IPOCC UI. If no agent is logged in IPOCC UI then dialer doesn't dial out the customer numbers.

there is an expample solution available in the IPOCC 9.1.6 ISO. have a look in Folder Taskflow Examples\dialer_automaticInfo(agentless)

Thank you for the response. We already tried that sample call flow but IPOCC dialer is dial out the customer number only when the agents are log in. We don't know whether we missed any configuration.
