    Reporting all calls above 5minutes

    I want a report with the amount of calls that reach more then 5 minutes talk time with the agents.

    Can someone tell me how and what countes i need to achieve this

    There are no counters for profiles regarding talk time duration, only for waiting time.
    To get this information you can get the talk time from contact details data, export data and count in excel
