I have a request from a customer, it would
1°) if there have 30 email in the queue , or mail over 8 hours attents , IPOCC that sends an alert mail to supervisor
2°) if the supervisor changes a variable via IU ( eg exceptional closure ), which IPOCC sends a mail to the administrator
is that possible ? whether an idea?
