I am unable to play announcements on ipocc 10.2 using powered by 3.0
Even if I create a task flow that goes directly to an announcement script the file will not play and the sip call goes to intercept. If an agent is logged in and available on the normal task flow the call routes to the agent but there is no wait task tag that works.
By the way we have the same setup on 9.1 on our existing server edition and it works fine.
Sysmon is reporting 488 error "not acceptable here"
