    Coverage Path from Audix

We recently got our VOIP system upgraded to Avaya. How would I go about making a way to have a user press "0" after going to someones voicemail and allow it to go to a coverage path instead of leaving message. We have Avaya Communication manager, Audix voicemail.

It's been a while since I've administered Audix, but as I recall, you can populate the "0" field with any extension you wish, yes?

Have you tried sending "0" calls through a VDN to a simple vector which routes calls to a software-only (port = x) extension with the coverage path you wish, or to a coverage answer group, or even an empty hunt group populated only with a name and a coverage path? Hope that helps!
