Avaya One-X Client not responding from outside network
Dear Friends,
I am trying to configure Avaya one x client from the mobile phone to reach to the private ip's in the LAN via ASA, but failing to do so.
SIP Server (LAN) ---------------ASA---------------Router----------------ISP--------Avaya mob client
My private servers are configured on SIP port, natted in the ASA with the public ip's but not able to launch the application on my phone from outside network.
My private SIP server is configured and working ok in the LAN.
The SIP server VLAN cannot reach internet. Is this a problem. Moreover the Avaya client cannot reach the public ip. The ASA receives no request from the One-X Client.
Please tell me how to rectify this.
