    IP Office softconsole

    Hi all

    I hope this is the right place to ask but I have a problem with the software side of IP Office.

    here is the example

    We are running version 4.2.28 softconsole, when I am connected to the LAN via Ethernet all the functions of the software work fine.

    But when i connect the the LAN via the Wifi the console will work so you can dial out from it etc however the ability to see if a phone is engaged so "red" in this case no longer works and i'm just wondering if anyone can think of a reason why, I've even done packet captures but they have not really shown me any issues.

    So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
