Softphone in IPOCC

Hi,

Can we use soft phone for agents instead of IP phones, if possible pl share the part code for soft phone and documents. Do we need power user license or what else is required.

IP Office Softphone 3.2.3.49.68975 (Win32) is supported with IPOCC 9.0.3 and IP Office 9.0.3 FP .
But: In some scenarios the call state is not correctly displayed at Softphone, due to different event handling of softphone, the call state displayed in IPOCC UI is correct.
Note: use only IPOCC UI Telephony application for call handling
