IPOCC calls in queue announcements breaking up

    IPOCC calls in queue announcements breaking up

    If an Agent is logged out or in break and calls queue to the Agent Group the announcements/music play normally until the Agent logs on or end their break. If the agent then takes the first call queued the remaing calls in queue for the group start hearing the announcements/music breakup, as if it is starting and stopping. Anyone seen this behavior?

    Working with Avaya determined issue caused by IPO not having CTI Link Pro license and also not having Avaya IP Endpoint license.
