Have site with IPO and new IPOCC. Wishes to select option on VMPro to send caller to IVR script to check availability of part and get pricing from database stored on AS400. Wants caller to be prompted to enter Item number and Account code, then retrieve data from AS400. Then wants the IVR script to answer caller by speaking something like "We have x quantity of item xxx in stock. Your cost is xxx dollars for that item", or a variation of that answer. Has anyone done this type of setup on IPOCC? Pitfalls? Is it even possible with the IPO and IPOCC? Anyone with IVR script already written to do something like this?

Thanks. Past that now and have basic IVR script pulling daya from test DB on IPOCC server. Now need to connect to the Customer AS/400 server to retrieve data. Customer says the database is DB2. Need to load driver for that ODBC connection. Where are they located in the IPOCC server, mean, where do they need to load to.
