Is it possible to send a ziptone to an Agents headset on the IPOCC when a call rings in?

No. I ran into the same issue and was told by Avaya there was no way to do this in the current release. However, if you give the answer timer at least 1 second wait, the phone will ring once before auto answer kicks in letting the agent know a call is coming in. Hopefully they will fix this going forward.
