Duplicating Telephony UI files

Has anyone had an issue with duplicating telephony UI files that you create which then will crash the client?

I have had this happen on two different systems. Even when i create a new file with no elements it does the same thing.

which IPOCC version?

IPOCC 9.1 is the release I am on.

I'm going through the same issue right now. Thought it might be an issue with the profile or with privileges. I've tried it with all the supervisors logged off and still, no duplication allowed. A "C++ Runtime" error shows when crashing.
