Partner Mail VS systems work on the following Partner Telephone Systems:
- Partner Plus R3.1 and later
- Partner II R3.1 and later
- Partner ACS
These instructions are for changing the time on the voicemail system only. If you need to change the time on your telephones please refer to SOLN113453.
When you change the time on the Partner phone system, the time will also change on the Partner Mail VS system.
This article explains how to program the Date and Time on Partner system in order for the time to be updated in the Partner Mail VS.
To change the System Time using a display phone at extension 10 or 11:
Press Feature 0 0
Press System Program (Left Intercom button twice)
Press System Program (Left Intercom button)
Press# 1 0 3
Dial the time in 24-hour notation. For example, to set the time to 2:10p.m., Dial 1410
A display similar to the following appears:
System Time
Data 1410
(The time will appear on system display phones as 2:10p)
Note: In some cases, you may need to conduct a System Reset - Programming Saved (#728) for the time to be corrected in the Partner Mail VS system.
Press Feature 0 0 to exit programming mode
To do a Soft Reset (Programming Saved):
Press Feature 0 0
Press System Program (Left Intercom button)
Press System Program (Left Intercom button)
Press# 7 2 8
The display will show 'ResetSave All'
The system will power down and power up on it's own. This will take less than 1 minute.
Note: It is advised that users are not on the phone at the time of reset so they are not cut off from their call.
