MCU/CRCS Release 7
CRCS 7.x running on Windows NT or Windows 2000:
PC running Windows NT or Windows 2000 should be set up to automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time changes.
To check this:
- Use the right mouse button on clock display on the lower right corner of the PC monitor
- Selecting Adjust Date/Time
- Go to Time zone and verify the BOX Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes is set correctly for your area.
- If incorrect, change to the correct setting.
MCU 7.x
Daylight Saving Changes are done automatically on the MCU.
To verify your daylight saving time rule perform the following:
- Log in at the MCU MT or ST Terminal
- Execute command: display daylight-savings-rules.
- Make note of the rule (1) that applies to your location.
- Execute the command: set time and verify the Daylight Savings Rule equals the rule which applied to your location.
- If incorrect, tab down to this field and input the correct rule.
MCU/CRCS Release 4, 5 & 6
CRCS $, 5, 6.x running on Windows 95
PC running Windows 95 should be set up to automatically adjust clock for Daylight Saving Time changes.
To check this:
- Use the right mouse button on clock display on the lower right corner of the PC monitor
- Selecting Adjust Date/Time
- Go to Time zone and verify the BOX Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes is set correctly for your area.
MCU 4, 5 &6.x In TheSpring
Daylight Saving Changes must be done manually on MCU. This should be done after the last conference has completed and before Daylight Saving Time begins.
- Log in at the MCU MT or ST Terminal
- Execute command: set time
- Using 24 hour Military time to increase the time 1 hour
MCU 4, 5 &6.x In The Fall
This should be done at lease one hour after the last conference has completed.
- Log in at the MCU MT or ST Terminal
- Execute command: set time
- Using 24 hour Military time to decrease the time 1 hour
- When the ENTER KEY is pressed the seconds are set back to (zero) for the minute on the screen.
MCU/CRCS Release 1, 2 & 3
Daylight Saving Changes must be done manually on CRS1.1, 2.0, 3.0 or 3.1Releases
CRS 1, 2 & 3 In The Spring
This should be done after all conferences are done on the Friday or Saturday before the time change.
- Log off CRS& EXIT CRS
- Select Windows Control Panel
- Select Date and Time.
- Set the PC time one hour ahead.
- Exit Windows and reboot the PC.
CRD 1, 2 & # In The Fall
This should be done at least one full hour after all conferences are done on the Friday or Saturday before the time change.
It can also be done 1 and 1/2 hours on Monday morning after the time change.
- Log off CRS& EXIT CRS
- Select Windows Control Panel
- Select Date and Time.
- Set the PC time one hour back.
- Exit Windows and reboot the PC.
MCU 1, 2, 3 In The Spring
Daylight Saving Changes must be done manually on MCU. This should be done after the last conference has completed and before Daylight Saving Time begins.
- Login at the MCU MT or ST Terminal
- Execute command: set time.
- Using 24 hour Military time to increase the time 1 hour
