This article helps you to change the Call Reporting or Station Message Detail Record (SMDR) time clock for Daylight Savings Time.

Solution

At extension 10:

1. Hang up the handset

2. Slide the T/P switch to the 'P' position (VT will flash and ring)

3. Touch the ADMINISTER button:

  • MP1: DIAL #01 or touch ADMINISTER (bottom button on the far right column of 12 buttons -VT will stop flashing and ringing)
  • MP2: DIAL #49 or touch ADMINISTER (located above the TRANSFER button - VT will stop flashing and ringing)
4. Dial *81 + two digits for the hour (00 through 23) and minute (00 through 59)
 
FORMAT: (*81HHMM)
 
EXAMPLE: If the time is 2:16 A.M., dial *810216
 
If the time is 2:16 P.M., dial *811416.

5. MP1: DIAL #01 or touch ADMINISTER (bottom button on the far right column of 12 buttons - the console beeps twice).

6. MP2: DIAL #49 or touch ADMINISTER (located above the TRANSFER button - the console beeps twice.)

7. Slide the T/P switch back to the center or'dot' position.
