device	Mandatory	Specifies the device on which to set the feature.
doNotDisturbOn	Mandatory	Specifies whether the Do Not Disturb feature is enabled.

Negative Acknowledgements:

• subscribedResourceAvailability:generic - Sent if the Send All Calls feature is not administered on the specified device.
• operation:invalidDeviceID - Sent if an invalid device ID has been specified.
• operation:securityViolation - Sent if the user was not authorized to control the specified device.
• operation:generic - Sent if a logic error occurred in the code.
• unspecified - Sent if an implementation specific error occurred.
