Reports that information associated with the current set of devices that can be controlled and observed in the switching sub-domain has changed. The Get Switching Function Devices service may be used to obtain the revised information.

CSTA Functional Requirements:

1. If supported by the switching function, the Switching Function Devices Changed service will be sent whenever switching function device information has changed, whether or not the Get Switching Function Devices service has been previously issued.
