The positive acknowledgement of a Transfer Call request.

The TransferCallResponse response has these parameters:

transferredCall	Mandatory	Specifies the resulting connection ID of the transferredTo device of the resulting call.
connections	Optional	Specifies information on each device/connection that is remaining in the call as a result of the service.
