Description
The ASAI physical link has gone down. All ASAI-provided services will not function until the link has been re-established.
Repair procedure
Note:
If message ASAI025 follows this message, no corrective action is necessary.
To correct the problem and remove the alarm:
- Contact your remote maintenance service center for assistance.
- Check the ASAI link wiring between the Avaya IR system and the PBX for proper connection.
- Check the settings in the ASAI administration screens. Make sure that the proper NODE_ID is set and the CVLAN status is CONNECTED.
- Make sure that another Avaya IR system is not using the same NODE_ID.
