Description
The call data handling process or one of the call data maintenance jobs specified failed to initialize itself. The effect on traffic data depends on the call data maintenance job that was the source of the problem:
- If the source is Call Data Handler (CDH), no traffic data will be logged in the database (including call data events records).
- If the source is CCA_Summary or CCA_Deletion, the Call Classification (CCA) data report for the date the error was logged will not be correct. If the source is CDH_Summary or CDH_Deletion, all nonCCA traffic data reports for the date the error was logged will not be correct.
There is no impact on call processing.
Repair procedure
The steps that follow are suggestions. For assistance, contact your database administrator or database vendor.
To fix the problem:
- Stop the voice system.
- Stop the database system.
- Start the database system.
- If the database system cannot be started, reboot the system.
- If the database failed to start after reboot, restore the database directory from the system backup.
- Start the voice system.
- If the database started successfully but the problem persists, do the following:
- Stop the voice system.
- Re-create the system traffic tables.
