Description

The application cannot access the host to get data for the call. The application depends on the HELPER DIP to identify fields on the screens.

Repair procedure

To resolve the problem:

  1. Stop the voice system.
  2. Start the voice system.
  3. If the problem persists, check the logic of the application.
