Call data reports inaccurate or incomplete

The CDH feature supports call data handling for reports.

If call data reports are not accurate or they are not complete, take these steps to correct the problem:

  1. Type dbfrag and press Enter.
  2. This will determine if there is any additional free space in the database.

  3. Review the Message Log report.
  4. Contact your Avaya support representative for assistance.
