Description
The Voice over IP (VoIP) package adds packet connectivity to the Avaya IR system. This capability enables the Avaya IR system to serve as an IVR adjunct capable of connecting to switching elements over a packet-based network. The initial VoIP release allows the Avaya IR system to act as a turnkey IP adjunct with DEFINITY only.
