Each section of the Avaya IR System Help is formatted to print as a document. These documents contain the exact same information as the topics in the Help itself.
These printable sections are only available as part the Avaya IR System Help and the Avaya IR Documentation CD. You cannot order these documents separately from Avaya.
About cross-references in the printable documents
The topics in Help contain hypertext links to other topics. In the printable Help documents, hypertext links can appear as cross-references to the pages containing the linked topics. For example, a hypertext link in a Help topic such as
"See Features for more information"
can appear in a printable Help document as
"See Features on page 54 for more information"
However, not all the linked-to topics are included in the printable documents. This results is some topics that are normally linked in the Help content, appearing without page cross-references in the printable Help documents. Using the example above, if the "Features" topic is not included in the printable document that contains the cross-reference to it, the text appears as
"See Features for more information"
Please be aware that this is a limitation of having subsections of Help compiled for print. If you see text that looks like a cross-reference without a page number, the information is available in Help.
