Critical.
Description
The ASAI physical link is up, but the ASAI environment cannot be set. All ASAI-provided services will not function until the link has been re-established.
Repair procedure
Note:
If message ASAI025 follows this message, no corrective action is necessary.
To correct the problem and remove the alarm: 
- Contact your remote maintenance service center for assistance.
 - Check with your PBX administrator to ensure that the ASAI port on the PBX has been administered with Fixed TEI=y and TEI=3.
 - Check the MAPD setting in the ASAI administration.  Make sure that the proper NODE_ID is set and the CVLAN status is CONNECTED.
 - Make sure that another Avaya IR system is not using the same NODE_ID.
