Description
The speech recognition feature received an invalid response from a card or experienced a timeout in communicating with a card during call processing. Applications using the speech recognition feature will be incomplete. 
Repair procedure
- Go to the Display Equipment screen (Configuration Mangement > Voice Equipment > Display Equipment) and check the status of IR system cards.  
 - If the card is not in service, try to restore the card yourself or contact your Avaya support representative.

 - If the problem persists, do the following:
- Stop the voice system.
 - Start the voice system. 
 
 - If the problem still persists, contact your Avaya support representative.
